TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please be sure your child is registered at their school site before registering for a bus pass. When registering for the bus pass, please use the same email address used in Aeries. 

Your child will be assigned to the safest school bus stop according to your residence address listed in Aeries. 

If you are requesting transportation for your child to/from an address other than your residence for custodial reasons, please contact your home school site to submit appropriate documnentation. Once complete, the transportation department staff will verify the school site and in Aeries. 

Lost, stolen, damaged or mutilated passes can be replaced with a replacement pass fee of $10.00. The original pass will be deactivated and no longer valid for use. If lost or stolen passes are found, the original pass is to be returned to the District for proper disposal. 

Special Education students, whose Individual Education Program (IEP) require transportation services will be approved through the IEP process and the Special Education Department and will the bus pass will be issued free of charge.

Possession of a current year bus pass entitles a student to ride to and from the designated school and bus stop only. Students should not be using other bus stops not assigned to them.
